Sort barrels, plungers, and springs, pre-assemble shafts into guide tubes, then crimp to lock components; a quick pre-press confirms travel and a stable force curve.

Electrical & Quality Checks
Measure contact resistance (target ≤20 mΩ), run sample cycle tests, perform 100% visual checks for burrs, plating defects, deformation, or contamination, and isolate any non-conforming parts for rework or scrap.

Final Assembly & Packaging
Assemble caps/housings and verify blind-mate alignment, then tape-and-reel or bulk pack with moisture protection, lot traceability labels, and required certificates (RoHS/REACH, CoC, optional test report).
